Cavell & Sage Cancellation Policies
At Cavell & Sage, we are committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all. We have a zero-tolerance policy for any form of discrimination or hate, including but not limited to racism, homophobia, transphobia, misogyny, xenophobia, or ableism. Any such behavior during your visit will result in your immediate removal from the premises, and no refund will be issued in these circumstances.
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we strive to accommodate changes to your schedule wherever possible. However, in order to operate efficiently and offer the best experience to all of our clients, the following cancellation policy applies:
Cancellations, changes, or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a late cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost.
Clients who miss their appointment without any prior notice will be marked as a ‘no-show’ and charged the full amount of the scheduled service.
Repeated no-shows may result in restrictions on future online bookings.
